Warranty Information for Husky Central Vacuum Power Units

Warranty Coverage
All Husky central vacuum power units come with a conditional ten-year warranty for the original purchaser at the original installation address. This warranty covers the entire unit, excluding items that require regular replacement, such as filters and carbon brushes.

Cleaning Kits and Motor Brushes
Cleaning kits and motor brushes are covered by a three-year warranty. Any parts (excluding filters) required within the first year will be provided free of charge by the Authorized Dealer who sold the power unit.

Warranty Service
If an Authorized Dealer is not available nearby, Think Smart Built-in Systems will honor and perform warranty services if the power unit is returned to the factory with prepaid freight. Please note that this warranty does not cover commercial applications, power surges, misuse, abuse, acts of God, or unauthorized repairs.

Power Surges
Damage caused by power surges is not included under this warranty.

Alternate Warranties
Should you find a more comprehensive warranty from another central vacuum manufacturer, Think Smart Built-in Systems will honor that warranty, provided a complete copy is submitted.

Proof of Purchase
Retain all payment records (bill of sale/delivery slip) as they establish the warranty period. Proof of purchase is necessary for warranty service.

Warranty Conditions

To ensure your warranty remains valid, please adhere to the following conditions:

• Install the unit in an area where the temperature does not exceed 40°C.
• Ensure vents are free from obstructions to allow proper air circulation.
• Avoid using the appliance to vacuum superfine dust, such as drywall dust or cement.
• Always use and replace filters as needed.
• Clean the permanent filter when necessary.
• Have the power unit serviced annually by a Think Smart agent.

Important Reminders

Never vacuum fireplace ashes, talcum powder, or similar fine particles.
